Looks like you are running it in ARMv7 32-bit mode, perhaps that disables the ARMv8 features. I recently watched the DebConf16 ARM talk and from memory support for 64-bit/ARMv8 on the RPi3 is still in progress. -- bye, pabs https://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
