In the mean time I've already removed the symlink as it's no longer needed.

The reason it was originally added was that directfb would display an
"error" on VT1 while the installer was booting that said it could not find 
its config file there. We were afraid that would confuse people and 
possibly result in a lot of BRs from users about it. Adding the symlink 
avoided the error.
