Those probably should not be updated until nearer the freeze; the Linux kernel for jessie hasn't entered sid yet and that may change memory requirements and udeb sizes a bit. I should be able to help with that, I'll already be testing lots of low-memory installs, in order to find a good size for the kfreebsd d-i ramdisks. It's odd that there still seemed to be ~50% free memory when this problem happened, though. Is there some maximum size that the linux-i386 root ramdisk can grow to?
