But first: the errors regarding "localudebs" are not critical for you; the installer allows to use locally built udeb packages within the build, such localudebs have to be placed in - guess what - build/localudebs :-) If that is empty, you get that messages, but that's not a problem, in that case the needed udebs are fetched from the mirror. And there is the problem: you fail to get anything from the mirror. A local network issue maybe?
