Package: task-phosh-desktop Version: 3.88 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
This package Recommends network-manager-gnome, which is a transitional package since trixie. If the functionality that it requires is /usr/bin/nm-connection-editor, please recommend the nm-connection-editor package instead. If the functionality that it requires is the nm-applet applet (tray icon) indicating network status, please recommend the network-manager-applet package instead. If it requires both, please depend on both packages separately. If it doesn't actually require either of those, but only the NetworkManager daemon, you might want to recommend network-manager instead. It might be better to remove some of the Recommends from task-phosh-desktop entirely, and rely on the phosh-core metapackage (which is under the Phosh maintainers' direct control) to pull them in. GNOME switched to this maintenance model during the trixie/sid cycle. I've marked this as severity important as it is likely, that the transitional package will be removed in forky.
