The Debian Wiki page for the ASUS T100TA says that Debian 13 supports this
hardware and that the 64-bit CPU / 32-bit EFI configuration is supported.
By Debian 13 if secure boot is not mandatory, but not by its installer.
That wiki page reads:
"The T100 is a mixed mode EFI system (i.e. a 64-bit CPU combined with a 32-bit EFI)
supported by both the 32-bit and the 64-bit Debian Installer."
However, there is no 32-bit anymore in Debian Trixie. It has been skipped with
the release of Trixie.
And debian-cd scripts rely on i386 d-i builds to include a 32-bit EFI
boot loader in amd64 installation images.
So, I wonder how to deal with the information on this page...
Maybe you can try the 32-bit i386 installer from bookworm...
Rather the 64-bit amd64 installation images from bookworm which still
include both 32-bit and 64-bit EFI boot loaders. Then you can upgrade to
trixie.
Caveat: trixie does not provide shim-signed for ia32 so does not support
secure boot with 32-bit EFI.
