Cool, I'm uploading a new version that will remove your need for that
setting...
In fact, you should change that to
        MODIFY_MAILER_FLAGS(`LOCAL', `-u')dnl
That way, it will work now, and won't cause any harm after you
upgrade to the new package.

the 'h' flag is also going away (for the same reason - it keeps the
hostnames in mixed case).  We will be using the upstream defaults
for that from now on (as it should always have been).
