I use sudo to simulate root priviledges, not fakeroot.  sudo should be
considered an alternative to fakeroot.

Due to sun packages doing all kind of weird stuff to your system when
running real root, java-package will actually refuse to work under real
root (sudo), so sudo is not an adequate alternative, and fakeroot is
actually required.
