vim-install is untested (well... I didn't test it and judging by the bugs
in helpztags Jakub didn't it too)
It has no manual page as required by Debian Policy 12.1.
Jakub is Cc'ed with this bugreport, I'm going to use a new BTS feature: bug
ownership and assign this bug to him.
