For some reason the contents of NEWS.Debian.gz was not displayed on
upgrade, and it was not mailed to root.
# apt-get -qt unstable install mozilla-browser myspell-en-us x-ttcidfont-conf
I have apt-listchanges set to do both.
With other packages, the cause of this was improper formatting of the
NEWS file. It needs to have the same formatting as the changes file
for things to work. However, they do use the same format as far as I
can tell.
The upgrade was between these versions:
Preparing to replace mozilla 2:1.6-5 (using
.../mozilla_2%3a1.7.1-3_i386.deb)
The other possibility is that there's something funny in apt or
apt-listchanges; however, display of NEWS has been working for me.
