As of this version (2:1.6-5), the headers and footers applied when printing a
web page are corrupted: missing spaces, punctuation, and other things. For
example, a printout of http://www.linux.org/ shows the header
"TheLinuxHomePageatLinuxOnline ... httpwwwlinuxorg" and the footer
"of ... PM" ("..." just means the space between left- and right-aligned text).
This shows up whether printing to a printer or to a PS file. The text in the
body has no problems of this sort (or any sort AFAICT).
