After installing ultrapoint, it doesn't run with the given sample:

VFlib initialization failed.
The README.Debian file states:

/etc/vflib3/vflibcap-ultrapoint
for your font environment before use
However, there isn't a /etc/vflib3/vflibcap-ultrapoint file to edit!
To someone unfamiliar with the vflib3 package, it is not at all clear
how to create this file either. This task should be handled by the
installation script anyway.
