Package: lirc-modules-source
Version: 0.6.6-5

I've tried to install this package, but it gets stuck in preconfiguration.

If I select 'Yes' to the question: "Should I try to automatically build
the modules?", the configurator does not recognize that /usr/src/linux/
is a symlink to a kernel source tree.

It also doesn't recognize /usr/src/linux-2.5.73/ which that symlink
points to.

It just says: "/usr/src/linux/ is not a valid kernel source tree."

If I select 'No' to that question, It still asks me where my kernel tree
is, fails to find it, and then asks again.

Even if this package doesn't work correctly with 2.5 kernels, it would
be nice to be able to install it. Compile errors aren't a problem -
forward porting modules from 2.4 to 2.5 usually isn't that difficult to
do by hand.
