Kerry ignores the web browser setting in the KDE control panel, where I have
specified to use iceweasel to view HTML files. Clicking on the HTML files found
by kerry still opens them in konqueror.

Sorry, I think I was wrong when I reported this. I didn't realize that the
web browser setting in kcontrol (KDE Components) was for http/https URLS, not
HTML files... Changing the file associations for HTML for iceweasel makes
kerry open them correctly in iceweasel. So this report can be closed.
