Xine-ui chooses wrong head in Xinerama configuration when switching in
fullscreen mode. the video is displayed on the second head, which has no
acceleration (xv), so only a blue screen is displayed. i found no way to
change this behaviour.
hardware: matrox g450
seems to be a problem with xine-ui, since gxine does not have such a
problem.

Anyway, this really seems to be a known limitation in the mga driver. I
someone really cares, please reopen&reassign it to the package
xserver-xorg-video-mga.
