plugins for faad and lame support for Gstreamer are not available.
Neither are they buildable if we have the "unofficial" package from
cmarillat. debbuild for gst-plugins detect the library and build the
real .so files. But that are left unpackaged.

The faad plugin _is_ included with gst-plugins-bad0.10 nowadays so the
bug can be closed in all aspects IMHO.
