Package: mime-support
Version: 3.31-1
Severity: normal
Right now /usr/sbin/update-mime creates /etc/mailcap with the umask
inherited from the parent process, so the mailcap file may end up
with wrong permissions. This happens e.g. if update-mime is manually
called from a shell with a umask setting other than 022 or 033.
Resolution: add the line "umask(022);" to sub UpdateMailcap.
