Package: openwebmail
Version: 2.41-10
Severity: normal

Two lines in openwebmail.postinst use '=3D=3D' instead of '=3D' in a test
case, which is fine when /bin/sh is bash, but not when it is dash or
some other simple POSIX shell.

        openwebmail.postinst:544: if [ "$RET" =3D=3D "true" ]; then=20
        openwebmail.postinst:564: if [ "$RET" =3D=3D "true" ]; then=20

I haven't offered a patch as I think it's simple enough to fix without
one: if you could please change these two lines then dash users will
stop seeing this mildly alarming stuff when installing/upgrading this
package ...

        Setting up openwebmail (2.41-10) ...
        OpenWebmail needs suid. Setting... Done.
        [: 652: =3D=3D: unexpected operator
        [: 655: =3D=3D: unexpected operator
Initializing. It could take a while...

Thanks,

Andrew S.

openwebmail has been removed from Debian because it had no Debian
maintainer and because it has a number of security holes.
