updategeoip tool included in geoip-bin binary package can only update
your database if you purchased license; however, it's possible to update
the database without purchasing license using GeoLite database freely
availble from MaxMind website (see
http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country).
So I propose to modify updategeoip tool to download Lite version if no
full version available (no license key). This functionality would be very
helpful.
