Package: openbox
Version: 3.4.6.1-2
Severity: important

Thanks a lot for this cool WM. I'm using it now for every machine I work
on.

When setting the dock to "Horizontal" disposition, and it's placed in
any side (right-top, right-bottom, left-top, left-bottom), v.g. to place
two gkrellms side by side, the windows placement and maximization
behaviour changes as if the desktop/workspace area available was reduced
to half the height and placed opposite to the dock position, i.e, if the
dock is "*-top" the windows placement occurs always in the bottom half
of the screen, and viceversa.

This seems to not be related to any other setting. It's reproducible as
follows:
 delete ~/.config/openbox
 start openbox
set the dock to "Horizontal" and on any side position
 reconfigure
open a new window (or several windows), see the placement.
maximize the window, see that it growns to half the screen

Thanks a lot,
Fernando
