When I call the program it shouts:

and does not even start.
Deleting the .raggle directory solves the problem, thus you lose
the configuration and the feed list.

at least the "raggle bails out if the feed list is empty" should be
fixed in 0.4.1. As the main problem of this bugreport has not been
reproduced until now, .. lets close this report :)
