Package: eog
Version: 2.18.2-1
Severity: important

It seems eog is almost unusable to me. If I open a file, it also shows
the thumbnails of all the other files in the same directory. I think
that used to be an option?

When I actually want to open another file from the same directory, by
(double) clicking on the thumbnail, it might work for the first image,
in rare cases I can actually view a 3rd file. But otherwise I'm unable
to select the image, even when using file-open it keeps showing the last
one it showed.

The first one opened is shown in bold in the directory view, the others
never are. The one that was opened is shown in the correct orientation,
all others don't seem to take the orientation in the .jpg's exif
information into account. I can rotate the first image opened, but I
can't rotate the second one.

I'm running current testing on amd64.
