Use Case: Check if CD or DVD is burnt correctly:
- copy the whole content of CD/DVD to hard disk
- remove that directory after copying with nautilus
- empty trash
I know that I can delete without using trashcan by using the shift key,
but I forget it sometimes.
Doing an "Empty Trash" empties trashcans on all partitions, but in my
case it fails with an error. The following dialog is shown:

do not have permissions to modify its parent folder.

Indeed, the parent folder has permissions dr-xr-xr-x, which can be
expected if the folder has been copied from a CD/DVD.
Nautilus should try harder to delete the trashcan, eventually change
permissions to achieve that.
