Package: reportbug
Version: 3.47
Severity: minor
I am offline and forgot to pass -O to reportbug, but I did pass -b.
The next thing I knew is that reportbug was trying to be helpful:
*** Welcome to reportbug. Use ? for help at prompts. ***
Detected character set: UTF-8
Please change your locale if this is incorrect.
Checking for newer versions at packages.debian.org, incoming.debian.org and

Yes, helpful, I am not being facetious. However, I don't have
a network connection, not even a default route or nameserver, and
when reportbug ended up just sitting there (a bug of its own?),
I wanted to correct the command line, but ctrl-c doesn't work,
only ctrl-\ does.
