This means that it influences even installation of other packages that
depend on dicod because it sets the package in an instable state.
Furthermore I like to question the reason of why dicod needs to ship an
init.d script for dictd and dictconfig too, resuling in not being able
to install dicod and dictd side-by-side - what's the rationale for that?
