According to the Debian Policy Version 3.8.1 as in Sid and Squeeze
this is a "must" requirement (Policy section 9.3.2,
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-opersys.html#s9.3.2). But
in the Debian Policy 3.8.0 as in Lenny it wasn't.
The xymon-client init.d script from Sid already creates
/var/run/hobbit in /usr/share/hobbit/init-common.sh since
4.3.0~beta2.dfsg-1 (Thanks for that fix! :-), so this bug is no more
present in Sid.
But it would be cool if this could be fixed in Lenny, too, since it's
a simple and non-complex fix for a not so nice problem.
