If packages don't have any MD5 sums at all, fetch-script work
incorrectly. It simply compares 'md5sum' result with "nothing" (in
check()), print "wrong MD5" and did not place these packages in tar.
This behaviour must be changed. May be by config option, or warning,
but empty MD5 is _not_ error.
