Package: apt-proxy
Version: 1.9.18
Severity: minor

In apt-proxy v1, cache directory hierarchy was world-readable, and it
could be used as a source of debs in local filesystem, which was
convinient for some scripts.

In apt-proxy v2, cache directory in not world-readable. Why? It probably
can't contain anything secret...

Please make it world-readable again: newly created directories should become
755, and new files should become 644.
