I frequently experience hangs while downloading through apt-proxy.
These are only fixed by stopping and restarting apt-proxy. The log
file shows things like "Connection failure", "download_failure (503)",
and lots of Tracebacks. I have attached a sample log file, in which I
had to restart apt-proxy twice. I also attach my config and sources
files, as I saw you request from another submitter.
