Package: apt-proxy
Version: 1.9.36.1
Severity: normal

I had a "apt-get update" stuck downloading from apt-proxy.
Investigation shows the following backtrace in the log. apt-proxy
should deal nicely with such a condition, so the clients are not stuck
waiting for data.
