In file /usr/share/pyshared/lottanzb/core.py the lockfile has been
hardcoded which can lead to the following issues.
1. Changes made to $TMP are not being used. Packages like
libpam-tmpdir make changes to $TMP to confine tmp-files to a certain
directory.
2. In it current form it may cause issues on a multi-user system when
two or more users want to run lottanzb.
