Hi!
procps doesn't seem to have been built on hurd since a long time and
the old version of it in unstable hinders the closed bugreports against
the package to get archived properly.

Given that porters discourage removal of such an important package, and
it seems #588677 contains a patch fixing build on hurd, I'm closing
this bug as it's not probably the better way to go.
