This particular file has been touched on syncproxy.eu (the upstream of
ftp.uk) and sync has been forced. See #531154 for explanation.
The particular file is ok now.
As other files may be affected Phil Hands, ftp.uk admin, has been
noticed (#531154 contains command to check the MD5SUM of the whole
mirrors).
