Hello,

postfix should provide an /etc/insserv.conf.d/postfix file with this
content:

$mail-transport-agent postfix

to really provide $mail-transport-agent for the init scripts. This is
also documented here:
http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts/DebianVirtualFacilities
and is needed so that scripts that should start after an MTA has
started really wait for it. For example:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=582475#50
even after the relevant bug was fixed, fetchmail still started bedore
postfix; adding the aforementioned file solved the issue.

Sorry if I misunderstood something.

Cheers,
Gabriele :-)

For whatever reason, these bugs weren't closed when the version where
they are really fixed was uploaded. Hence doing so. I hope you won't
mind, Lamont.

(found this while tracking old opened l10n bugs)

It seems that bugs fixed by later versions weren't properly closed,
too. I'll do so as well.
