After working in an Eric session and then shutting down the program
normally,
there is a start-up error that kills the program after the Eric splash
screen
but no error dialog is displayed. When the program is run from a terminal it
directs me to view the error log. I recently upgraded from new stable
(lenny)
to new testing (wheezy), so this may have something to do with the error.

The error file in ~/.eric4/eric4_error.log contains:
