Subject: slow screen update after delete
Package: evolution
Version: 2.0.3-1.2

When I hit the Del key, several seconds pass before the
strikeout line is drawn over the message. This is important
feedback that the Del key was accepted, and must not be delayed.
Probably some processing is being done where it shouldn't be,
although a general performance improvement would be welcome too.

Evolution 1.4 handled things just fine, so this isn't an
impossible task:

I have 6856 messages. I have about a dozen vfolders, some of
which use body-text matching. I have a 450 MHz Mac G4 with 512 MB
of PC100. I'm having evolution use POP to fill the local mbox,
deleting mail from the server as it is received.

Hello,

closing this bug which was unreproducible 2 years ago (2.28) and didn't
