Vcs-Browser points to the general repository of pandas on github, but it's not
pointing to the 'debian' branch, so it's actually confusing given it should
link to where the packaging is stored.
Can you please link it to the right branch, which seems to be at the link:
https://github.com/neurodebian/pandas/tree/debian ?

PS: I'm not aware of a way to specify it the same for the git url, but if you
know, it would be awesome to set that too.

I am not sure if that is possible... BUT since this is 'neurodebian'
clone I just made debian the default branch (instead of master), so now
everything is legit and default https://github.com/neurodebian/pandas
points to debian branch as well, thus resolving all outstanding issues
without any adjustment necessary to the package
