after "sudo xcdroast" command a dialog with "Device scanning begun" (this is my
translation from localized message to
english) message appears. I bring any other application on top and then switch
back to the X-CD-Roast window: XCR
window looks like blank gray GIMP image with the white rectangle on it. The
window does not respond to Ctrl+C,
enter and esc but respond to Alt+F4: a dialog "XCR doesn't respond is shown"
and I close it this way. During all this
no messages printed to the console. I left XCR for a 30 minutes to hang but
after that interval the program continued
to hang. I will respond to e-mail if any additional information will be needed.
