Version: 0.3-2
Is there some setting in dblatex to convert docbook footnotes into
endnotes, and decide where in the document to place the endnotes?
I found the documentation for the endnotes LaTeX package, but fail to
find a way to integrate it with dblatex. What is the correct approach
for this?
