when xcache is enabled through the conf.d/xcache.ini file a script executed by
the php cli shows errors like this:

xcache is not compatible with the php cli version and should be disabled for
the cli. I don't know a proper solution for this because the /etc/php5/cli and
/etc/php5/fpm (or apache2) folders are using the same conf.d folder and there
is no seperation possible at the moment.
