paperconfig -p letterdj
paperconfig: "letterdj" is not a known paper name
letterdj format would be nice as when using the papersize letter it cuts
of about 1/4" of the print as DeskJet printers are incapable of printing
on the last 1/2" of the paper.

libpaper.
