Hello,
I like starting applications (galeon, mozilla-thunderbird...) with the
window attribute "full screen maximization" to use the whole screen. The
application size is saved after restarting the application but not the
position. Maximized windows always start in the upper left corner with
the titlebar but with "full screen maximization" the titlebar should not
be visible. So the application is moved down too far and the status bar
ist out of the screen and I always have to move the window after
starting it.
Starting the application with the option "start maximized" is not an
option because all other dialog windows start maximized too.
So I think the best way is to check the option "full screen
maximization" after starting an application and move the application
down by the size of the titlebar if the option is set and the size of
the window is greater than the screensize.
Regards,
Alexander
