In znc 1.0, the `--enable-extra` flag was removed from the `./configure`.
I think having to install `znc-extra` when the contents of the package should
exist in `znc` is a bit silly.
We no longer have to use `--enable-extra`, this means that the modules in the
`znc-extra` should just be merged into the main znc package.
