haskell-github FTBFS on the mipsel buildd, it was killed after 150
minutes in

Seems like rem has too few ressources for it (see
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=haskell-github&arch=mipsel&suite=sid
rem always took longest). Therefore blacklisting it on rem,
rescheduling it on another buildd where it built successfully.
