Researched into why, appears that libldap-2.4-2 will be removed by libldap2
install, upon which
many of these other packages have dependency directly or indirectly.
Used apt-cache show to find info on these packages and which I should have
installed, libldap or

Are both packages supposed to be in the repository, or is there a conflict?
Thank you

Hi,
This transition has been finished for a long time. libldap2 is no
longer in Debian in lenny and later, and no packages depend on it any
more. If any package does somehow still depend on libldap2, I think it
would be considered a bug in that package.
thanks,
Ryan
