Hi.
The ifupdown (package) now supports parsing of /etc/network/interfaces.d/,
which is especially
useful for desktop hosts (where NM seems targeted towards), as one can put the
wireless
interfaces there, and make only those with passwords non-world-readable.
The ifupdown plugin from NM seems to not yet support/parse
/etc/network/interfaces.d/, at least
no connections configured there show up in NM.
Cheers,
Chris.

These commits are now part of 0.9.10.0 which I uploaded today.
So I'm marking this bug as fixed.
