I have a SVG file that has a link to another SVG file with the xlink:href XML
tag.
To open the file with inkscape on one machine without librsvg2-common gives an
error of libgdk and the linked SVG file fails to load. On another machine with
librsvg2-common, things work fine. Once I installed librsvg2-common on the first
machine, the file opens fine.
Perhaps it is not inkscape's problem. But somehow transitively, this library
should be depend up on by inkscape.
