Package: rsnapshot
Version: 1.3.1-4
I've been using the rsnapreport.pl script for the last few years. This
script can be found in /usr/share/doc/rsnapshot/examples/utils. It was
working well in Wheezy. However, after the upgrade to Jessie this week,
this script is no longer working properly. I make use of this script by
calling rsnapshot in my cron job like this:
rsnapshot daily 2>&1|tee -a
/var/log/rsnapshot/rsnapshot.log|/usr/local/bin/rsnapreport.pl|mail -s
"Rsnapshot Daily Backup Report" <email address>
However, after upgrading to Jessie, the script has the following error
when being run:
"Use of uninitialized value $filest in formline at
/usr/local/bin/rsnapreport.pl line 53."
Therefore, the output of the script is not correct. The "FILES TRANS"
column is now empty. And the "TOTAL MB" and "MB TRANS" columns report
0.00 (even thought rsnapshot.log shows much data being successfully backed
up.
My system is running a vanilla kernel: 3.14.24
My glibc is: Version: 2.19-18
My perl is: Version: 5.20.2-3
If I can provide any more information, or help in any way, please let me
know.
Thanks,
Bryan Walton
