The QA page for gettext:
https://packages.qa.debian.org/g/gettext.html
says there is a gettext 0.19.3-2 in experimental.
Please remove it, testing and unstable have 0.19.6-1 which is more recent.

The ironic thing about this is that the "autopoint" package already
contains old versions of gettext files:
tar tvf /usr/share/gettext/archive.dir.tar.xz
so it's funny that people always invent new and exciting ways to
duplicate code :-)
