Package: openjdk-7-jre
Version: 7u85-2.6.1-3
Severity: important
Hello,
After upgrading to openjdk-7-jre 7u85-2.6.1-3 (latest on testing atm) it has
started to cause serious problems on the machine. The Java program (PHPStorm)
launched with this Java runtime causes other apps to render completely broken.
To be specific, Skype is unusable, SMPlayer UI is a mess and it doesn't play
any videos failing with an error I can't even read, VirtualBox UI is a complete
mess. The PHPStorm itself has rendering issues on some popup menus. As soon as
I close the PHPStorm all the other apps are back to normal.
I believe it's the OpenJDK issue and not the PHPStorm issue, as people report
the same on the internet:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=201488
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-47664
Sorry, I just can't find the OpenJDK bug tracker to find the issue there and
check the issue status.
